Job summary

TSMG seeks a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain and diagnose electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi operations. You will ensure fleet readiness, perform repairs, and support safety-critical testing across the depot.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in automotive diagnostics, EV systems, and high-voltage safety, with strong problem solving and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience in maintenance, diagnostics and repair.
• Experience with EV diagnostics, high-voltage safety practices, and robotics-enabled systems.
• Good understanding of electrical/electronic vehicle systems and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
• Ensure vehicles are technically ready for daily deployment and autonomous ride-hailing services.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related vehicle issues.
• Escalate complex issues with clear documentation to engineering teams.
