Job summary

The Standard is seeking an Investigative Consultant to join our Business Conduct Program and compliance team. You will investigate reports of misconduct, support the Ethics and Code of Conduct program, and help manage policy maintenance and annual training.

With 10+ years in related roles, you will partner with the Enterprise Fraud Team and HR to address fraud, insider threats and risk. You will champion a culture of compliance and drive consistent investigations across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in investigations or related ethics/compliance roles.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate and investigate reports of suspected misconduct and determine appropriate actions.
• Maintain and manage the case management system and anonymous reporting channel.
• Assist with implementation and maintenance of the Business Conduct Program and related policies.
• Coordinate updates to the Guide and ethics-related policies to ensure compliance.
• Support training and messaging to promote a speak-up culture.
• Assist with metrics for investigations, risk assessments and mitigation.
