Lumen seeks an experienced Corporate Investigator to join our Ethics & Compliance team. You will lead internal investigations into employee misconduct, ethics concerns, and business integrity matters, coordinating with HR, Legal and business stakeholders.

The role requires independent case management, strong interviewing and report-writing skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Remote-friendly environment and a high accountability culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher required with experience in investigations.
• Independent management of complex investigations from intake to resolution.
• Strong interview, evidence-gathering, analytical, and fact-finding skills.
• Exceptional written communication with detailed investigative reports.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with deadlines and quality.
• Discretion with highly sensitive information and sound professional judgement.
• Experience working effectively in remote or distributed environments.
• Ability to build trust with stakeholders while remaining objective.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end internal investigations involving employee misconduct and ethics concerns.
• Manage multiple investigations concurrently based on risk and impact.
• Conduct interviews with employees, witnesses and stakeholders.
• Evaluate evidence and findings to identify root causes and trends.
• Prepare comprehensive Reports of Investigation with clear conclusions.
• Present findings to HR, Legal and senior leaders with credibility.
• Support broader Ethics & Compliance initiatives as needed.
