Job summary

The Standard is seeking an Investigative Consultant to join our Business Conduct Program and corporate compliance team in Oregon. You will investigate reports of misconduct, maintain the case management system, and support and coordinate ethics and code of conduct questions across the organization.

You will work with the Enterprise Fraud Team and HR Partners on complex investigations, help update policies and training, and promote a speak-up culture while ensuring adherence to laws and internal

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in investigations or related roles with ethics knowledge.
• Experience with internal investigations and ethics/code of conduct programs.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence across the business.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate and investigate reports of misconduct and determine appropriate actions.
• Maintain and manage the case management system and anonymous reporting channel.
• Support implementation and maintenance of the Business Conduct Program and related policies.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Fraud Team and HR on high-level investigations and risk mitigation.
• Assist with training on ethics policies and coordinate policy updates and training materials.
• Promote a speak-up culture and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal standards.
