Lumen is seeking an experienced Corporate Investigator to join the Ethics & Compliance team. You will lead complex internal investigations involving employee misconduct and business integrity matters, working closely with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders.

The role requires strong investigative interviewing, evidence-gathering, and report-writing skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases in a remote or distributed environment while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree+ experience as a Corporate Investigator in corporate/government settings.
• Ability to independently manage complex investigations from intake through resolution.
• Strong interviewing, evidence-gathering, analytical, and fact-finding skills.
• Exceptional written communication with detailed investigative reports and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end internal investigations involving employee misconduct and ethics concerns.
• Manage multiple investigations concurrently based on risk and business impact.
• Conduct interviews with employees, witnesses, and stakeholders in a neutral, professional manner.
• Evaluate evidence and findings to identify root causes and risks.
• Prepare comprehensive Reports of Investigation with clear analysis and conclusions.
• Present findings to HR, Legal, and senior leaders with credibility.
• Maintain confidentiality on highly sensitive matters.
• Support Ethics & Compliance initiatives and special projects as needed.
