Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA desirable; CFA/CAIA/CIMA/CFP designations desirable.
• 5+ years in financial services, ETF industry, especially wealth distribution with RIAs.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Data-driven mindset to synthesize insights and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ETF SME for distribution teams in meetings and presentations.
• Develop and deliver group and individual presentations to advisors.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic relationships.
• Create scorecards and metrics to measure team activity and drive strategic growth.
• Lead training sessions on ETF mechanics, landscape, and Nomura capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, capital markets, operations and compliance.
• Share client insights with product teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Monitor ETF industry trends to generate commentary and thought leadership.
• Travel to meet clients and support distribution efforts as required.
