Job summary

Nomura NAM International is seeking a Wealth & ETF Strategy Specialist to help build and execute the business strategy for Wealth & ETFs as part of an expansion in the US. You will partner with senior leaders to accelerate growth and expand the ETF franchise.

The role reports to the Head of ETFs and Head of Wealth, requires 3+ years in financial services, and offers a base salary with a significant total compensation package. Location options include NYC or Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics; MBA; CFA, CAIA, CIMA, CFP designations desirable.
• Strong PPT/Excel skills.
• At least 3+ years of relevant financial services experience with focus on asset management.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of data to synthesize and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Help build and execute on the business strategy for Wealth & ETFs.
• Drive tactics focused on accelerating business growth across Wealth & ETFs.
• Partner on additional opportunities to expand our ETF franchise.
• Support the Head of ETFs & Head of Wealth on execution & reporting.
