Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA; CFA, CAIA, CIMA, CFP designations desirable
• 5+ years’ financial services experience, ideally with extensive work in the ETF industry, and wealth distribution with RIAs
• Deep understanding of financial markets and investment products
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Solid understanding of data to synthesize and drive results

• Making Strategic Decisions: evaluate options and prioritize actions

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ETF subject matter expert for distribution teams, participating in client meetings and presentations across retail and institutional channels
• Develop and deliver compelling group and individual presentations & communications to advisors
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic relationships
• Create and incorporate data into scorecards that measure activity and performance metrics to suggest insights for growth
• Lead training sessions for internal and client stakeholders on ETF mechanics, landscape, and Nomura capabilities
• Partner across functions including sales, marketing, product, capital markets, operations, compliance, and investment teams to grow the business
• Share client insights with product team to influence product roadmap
• Monitor ETF industry trends to create commentary, insights, and thought leadership
• Travel will be expected
