Job summary

Nomura Holdings, Inc. is recruiting a Wealth & ETF Strategy Specialist for the NAM International division in the US. The role focuses on expanding Wealth and ETF platforms, reporting to the Head of ETFs, and supporting growth initiatives for institutional and advisory clients.

The position requires a finance or economics background with 3+ years in asset management and strong communication skills. Base pay ranges with opportunities for bonuses and comprehensive benefits are noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics, MBA or professional designations desirable.
• 3+ years in financial services with asset management focus.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to synthesize data to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Help build and execute the business strategy for Wealth & ETFs.
• Drive tactics to accelerate growth across Wealth & ETFs.
• Partner on opportunities to expand the ETF franchise.
• Support Heads of ETFs & Wealth on execution & reporting.
