Job summary

Nomura Holdings, Inc. is expanding its ETF team in the US and seeks a qualified professional to help shape product strategy, competitive positioning, and client solutions.

You will work with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to launch and optimize ETF offerings, using data-driven insights and rigorous analysis. You will evaluate opportunities across equities, fixed income, and alternatives, develop dashboards, and support launches with Legal, Compliance, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3-8+ years financial services experience, ETF or product management preferred.
• Strong investment knowledge and quantitative aptitude.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Morningstar, Simfund or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive analysis across ETF providers and track launches.
• Provide market insights on competitor movements and differentiation.
• Research and evaluate new ETF opportunities across asset classes.
• Support product launches with interdisciplinary teams.
• Serve as ETF subject matter expert for distributions and clients.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track metrics and market share.
• Create presentations and analytical reports for stakeholders.
• Perform quantitative analysis using Bloomberg and Excel.
