Job summary

Nomura is seeking several ETF Specialists to join our expanding US ETF team. The role combines product expertise with client-facing duties to drive growth among RIAs, financial advisors, and institutional clients.

Flexible location across the U.S.; the position offers a salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 per year with potential for additional compensation, comprehensive benefits, and travel opportunities. Travel will be expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA; CFA, CAIA, CIMA, CFP designations desirable
• 5+ years’ financial services experience, ideally with extensive work in the ETF industry, as well as experience in the wealth distribution space, primarily with RIAs
• Deep understanding of financial markets and investment products
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Solid understanding of data to synthesize and drive results

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ETF subject matter expert for distribution teams, participating in client meetings and presentations across retail and institutional channels
• Develop and deliver compelling group and individual presentations & communications to advisors
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic relationships
• Create and incorporate data into scorecards that measure the team’s activity and performance metrics to recommend insights that help shape the strategic direction for growth
• Lead training sessions for internal and client stakeholders on ETF mechanics, landscape, and Nomura capabilities
• Partner across functions including sales, marketing, product, capital markets, operations, compliance, and investment teams with the objective of building and growing the business by creating and strengthening client relationships.
• Share client insights with product team to help drive strategic vision of our product roadmap
• Monitor ETF industry trends to help create commentary, insights, and thought leadership
• Travel will be expected
