Renesas Electronics is seeking an experienced Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Technician for our Palm Bay, FL facility. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electro-mechanical equipment in a Class 1 cleanroom, focusing on Etch tool sets and related benches.

Qualifications include 5+ years in a semiconductor manufacturing environment and 10+ years in maintenance, with strong mechanical and electronic skills and SPC knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting AMAT Centura 5200 MxP, AMAT 8330/8110, AMAT P5000 MxP, Gasonics Aura 1000, Gasonics Iridia, STS HRM Bosch Trench Etcher.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment in a Class 1 cleanroom.
• Maintain tool sets in the Etch area including Axcelis Fusion, Semitool SST, Semitool SRD and manual wet benches.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and work on compressed schedules with day/night shifts.
