Qualifications

• AS or AA in electrical, mechanical, military training, or 5+ years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years supporting AMAT Centura 5200 MxP and other equipment.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of tool sets in the Etch area.
• Maintain Axcelis Fusion, Semitool SST, Semitool SRD, and manual wet benches.
