Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Palm Bay, Florida, is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Etch area tool sets in a Class 1 cleanroom. This onsite role supports known systems, including Axcelis Fusion, Semitool SST, Semitool SRD, and manual wet benches, with safety and compliance at the forefront.

Ideal candidates hold AS/AA in electrical or mechanical fields, have 5+ years in semiconductor maintenance with 10+ years total in

Qualifications

• AS/AA in electrical or mechanical or 5+ years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years supporting AMAT Centura 5200 MxP, AMAT 8330/8110, AMAT P5000 MxP, Gasonics Aura 1000, Gasonics Iridia, STS HRM Bosch Trench Etcher.
• Minimum 5 years in a semiconductor-manufacturing environment with at least 10 years in Equipment Maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and electronic skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving ability.
• Knowledge of SPC and how it is used in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Preventative and corrective maintenance of tool sets in the Etch area.
• Maintain Axcelis Fusion, Semitool SST, Semitool SRD, and manual wet benches.
• Work in a Class 1 cleanroom and support uptime of critical equipment.
