Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Palm Bay, FL seeks an experienced Thin Film Maintenance Technician to support its manufacturing facility. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on critical tool sets, collaborate with engineers, and ensure equipment reliability in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AMAT/Novellus/Varian systems, strong mechanical and electronic skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting AMAT Endura, AMAT P5000, Novellus Concept 1, Varian 3180/3290, WJ999R.
• 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing with 10+ years in Equipment Maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and electronic skills required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of SPC and its application in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tools in the Thin Film area.
• Maintain tool sets including listed models to ensure uptime.
• Collaborate with engineering for reliability improvements.
• Work on complex electrical systems (120/240/480V).
• Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.
