Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. in Palm Bay, FL is seeking an experienced Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Technician to support the Etch manufacturing area.

The role covers preventative and corrective maintenance of electro-mechanical tools in a Class 1 cleanroom, with a compressed work week offering 3 days on and 4 days off across alternating weeks. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in semiconductor environments, strong mechanical/electronic skills, and SPC knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AMAT Centura 5200 MxP, AMAT 8330/8110, AMAT P5000 MxP, Gasonics, and STS Etchers.
• Minimum 5 years in a semiconductor manufacturing environment with 10 years in equipment maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and electronic skills.
• Knowledge of SPC and its use in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Etch tools.
• Maintain Axcelis Fusion, Semitool SST/SRD equipment.
• Work in a Class 1 cleanroom environment.
• Adhere to ITAR access requirements for suitable applicants.
