Flintco, LLC is looking for a Senior Estimator based in Memphis, Tennessee. The role involves leading the estimating team for various projects across healthcare, government, and education. You'll manage the entire bid process, prepare detailed estimates, and build relationships with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and at least 7 years of experience in commercial construction.

Lead various estimates for projects in the markets of higher education, government, healthcare, general commercial building, and industrial. Duties include reading and interpreting documents, subcontractor solicitation, leading a team of estimators, analyzing drawings and specifications, reviewing, and assisting with proposals and other documentation to prepare cost estimates for various projects. Conceptual estimating, preconstruction services, design manager is strongly preferred.
Ability to represent to all persons the Flintco Ethos that encourages the highest level of performance, integrity, and morale. Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents including plans and specifications, proposals, quotes, and qualifications. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Defines problems, collects data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions. Adds, subtracts, multiplies, and divides whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to write and interpret technical documents such as management plans, proposals, and complex estimates. Organizes and manages time, duties, and activities effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
7 years’ experience in commercial construction. Experience in estimating all construction disciplines required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
