Job summary

CRH is seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to prepare quantity estimates for earthwork, demolition, and utility projects, and to manage awarded projects from bid to completion. The role involves cost control, scheduling, and collaboration with field teams to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Five+ years construction estimating experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Bid and manage multiple jobs concurrently.
• Visit project sites weekly to monitor progress and update schedules.
• Manage profit/loss through weekly cost reviews and change orders.
• Ensure safety, build project schedules, and review job costs with field personnel.
• Work with owners to ensure customer satisfaction.
