Job summary

Siegmund Excavation, a CRH company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Estimator to lead civil construction estimating and project management for public and private projects. You will prepare estimates, assemble bid packages, and coordinate with contractors from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in civil estimating, strong communication and organization, and proficiency with Bid2Win or HCSS Heavybid.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in civil construction estimating and/or project management.
• Experience estimating civil projects preferred.
• Familiar with Bid2Win or HCSS Heavybid.
• Ability to read heavy civil blueprints and specs.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints and specs to prepare estimates for time, materials, and labor.
• Prepare preliminary estimates and final bid packages.
• Communicate project costs, staffing, and schedules with stakeholders.
• Manage projects from scheduling to billing and closeout.
• Review cost sheets and ensure budget conformance.
