You will analyze specifications, gather data, and maintain accurate supplier pricing to ensure competitive bids and successful project outcomes.

Formación

• 5–10 years of construction estimating experience.
• Proficiency with estimating software (HCSS).
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze project specs and historical data to create detailed cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor.
• Collaborate with field personnel to gather insights and improve estimating accuracy.
• Maintain current pricing from suppliers to keep bids competitive.
• Present bid strategies to field teams after project award.
• Evaluate design options to balance cost, quality, and material availability.
• Uphold safety standards and company policies.
• Take ownership of large-scale estimates with minimal supervision.
