Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience.
• Ten or more years of experience in an estimating role.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lead estimating efforts with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic estimating functions including quantity takeoff and pricing for all trades.
• Develop conceptual estimates and lead preparation of estimating documents.
• Coordinate with operations to develop reasonable project plans.
• Provide guidance for constructability and cost feedback to design teams.
• Act as prime contact on hard bid pursuits and reconcile third-party estimates.
• Mentor estimators and train staff as needed.
• Lead budget uploads, subcontracts, purchase orders and logistics planning.
