Qualifications

• 10+ years of estimating experience in industrial construction.
• 5+ years of experience leading estimators and overseeing estimating workflow.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the estimating team and align priorities with company objectives.
• Build, retain, and develop a high-performing estimating team with clear expectations.
• Lead the estimating process, deadlines, and documentation control across projects.
• Review and approve final estimates and proposals for accuracy, pricing integrity, and risk assessment.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor strategy, bid solicitation, and market pricing awareness.
• Partner with Operations to develop direct job expenses, labor productivity, and procurement strategy.
