Job summary

Loenbro Industrial Construction seeks a Chief SIP Estimator to lead the estimating department in Texas. This role sets standards, directs workflow, and partners with stakeholders to align scope, pricing, risk, and execution strategy for successful delivery.

You will develop talent, manage complex pursuits, review final proposals, and champion continuous improvement in estimating practices and data systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years estimating experience in industrial construction.
• 5+ years leading estimators and overseeing workflow.
• Proven expertise in cost estimating, bid management, QA/QC, and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating process and workflow across project sizes and delivery methods.
• Direct development of estimates ensuring scope alignment and pricing integrity.
• Oversee risk assessment, contingency development, and value engineering.
