Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking an Estimator III to lead complex pursuits and major scopes with minimal supervision. The role requires advanced technical judgment, QA/QC, and coordination with stakeholders on multi-discipline estimates up to roughly $50 million projects.

You will mentor junior estimators and contribute to lessons learned and process improvements. The Estimator III will integrate work packages, validate quantities and pricing, and direct quotation strategy while traveling to offices,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction estimating with mechanical/structural focus.
• Experienced in self-perform estimating from conceptual through bid stages.
• Experience estimating self-perform scopes: concrete, structural steel, piping.
• Ability to lead estimate planning, cost analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong knowledge of labor rates, indirect costs, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex pursuits (design-build, design-assist).
• Integrate multiple work packages, validate quantities, pricing, and schedule assumptions.
• Lead risk, constructability, and value-engineering analyses.
• Direct quotation strategy, bid leveling, and scope reconciliation.
• Review estimates with peers and mentor junior estimators.
• Coordinate with clients, Operations, Procurement and BD on scope and pricing.
