Qualifications

• Experience leading estimating and preconstruction for large-scale projects.
• Ability to develop detailed cost estimates, budgets and bid packages.
• Strong knowledge of subcontractor pricing, cost drivers and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating and preconstruction for data center and critical infra projects.
• Prepare project budgets, cost studies and bid packages from design through proposal.
• Coordinate with cost management for cost estimates, reviews, and budget reconciliations.
