Cumming Group is seeking a Director of Estimating to lead estimating efforts for a high-profile life sciences client in the United States. The role develops estimates from early conceptual design through detailed construction documents.

Ideal candidates have extensive life sciences estimating experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering accurate cost insights while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-growing consultancy.

Qualifikationen

• Education: BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Experience: 9–12 years in Cost & Commercial Management; 5+ years leading client expectations and managing a business unit.
• Preferred certs: MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Consult executive level clientele, showcasing services and prioritizing client needs.
• Increase services to clients and develop new revenue opportunities.
• Recruit and develop diverse, talented team members.
• Partner with service line leaders for an integrated project approach.
• Prepare fee proposals and negotiate professional services agreements.
• Provide QA to cost estimates before submittal to clients.
• Mentor and coach team for excellent performance.
• Grow revenue across services or markets.
• Oversee fiscal performance and client reporting.
• Guide business development and marketing strategy.
