Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Senior Estimator (Mechanical/Civil/Structural) for industrial EPC and data center projects in the Houston area. This is a fully onsite role with minimal travel and a Monday–Friday workweek.

The Senior Estimator will develop accurate, competitive cost estimates for complex piping, mechanical systems, and civil/structural scopes, using detailed takeoffs, Trimble Accubid, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or 10 years of estimating experience in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of estimating experience in industrial construction, with focus on mechanical/piping scopes.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction methods and cost drivers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, structural, and mechanical construction scopes, with emphasis on piping and mechanical systems.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop labor, material, and equipment pricing using Trimble Accubid and Excel.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents to ensure accurate estimates.
