Tom Trese Networking LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Sr. Estimator (Mechanical/Civil/Structural) to develop accurate cost estimates for EPC and design-build projects, specializing in piping and mechanical systems for data centers and other heavy industrial sectors.

The role requires 10+ years of estimating experience in industrial construction, proficiency with Trimble Accubid and Excel, and the ability to interpret P&ID drawings. This is a fully onsite position with minimal travel.

Formación

• 10+ years estimating experience in industrial construction, with focus on mechanical/piping scopes.
• Experience supporting EPC or design-build project delivery models is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read P&IDs, isometrics, and structural/ civil drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, structural, and mechanical scopes with emphasis on piping and mechanical systems.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop labor, material, and equipment pricing using Accubid and Excel.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with project teams to validate assumptions and strategies.
