Tri-S Recruiters in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Estimator (Mechanical/Civil/Structural) to support data center and heavy industrial EPC projects. You will develop accurate, competitive cost estimates, perform takeoffs, and manage pricing for lump sum, unit rate, and time‑and‑materials bids.

The role requires 10+ years of estimating experience in industrial construction, strong skills with Trimble Accubid and Excel, and a degree in CM or Engineering (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or 10+ years of industry experience in lieu of a degree.
• 10+ years estimating experience in industrial construction, focusing on mechanical/piping scopes.
• Proficiency with Trimble Accubid and Excel for detailed cost estimates.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and structural plans.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, structural, and mechanical scopes with emphasis on piping and mechanical systems.
• Perform takeoffs and price labor, material, and equipment.
• Review drawings and specs to ensure complete estimates.
• Collaborate with PM, engineering, and construction teams to validate assumptions.
• Support bid reviews and post‑bid handoffs.
