Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Estimator (Mechanical/Civil/Structural) to join our Houston, TX team onsite. You will develop detailed cost estimates for large-scale EPC and design-build projects, with a focus on piping and mechanical systems for data centers and heavy industrial work.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of estimating in industrial construction, strong civil/structural cost-driver knowledge, and proficiency with Trimble Accubid and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or 10 years of experience.
• 10+ years of estimating experience in industrial construction, with focus on mechanical/piping scopes.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural methods and cost drivers.
• Advanced proficiency with Trimble Accubid and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read P&IDs, isometrics, civil drawings, and structural plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, structural, and mechanical scopes with emphasis on piping and mechanical systems.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop labor, material, and equipment pricing using Trimble Accubid and Excel.
• Review drawings and specs to ensure accurate estimates and collaborate with project teams.
• Develop pricing for lump sum, unit rate, and time-and-materials proposals.
• Maintain estimating databases and productivity benchmarks.
