• 10+ years of construction estimating experience, preferably industrial/EPC.
• Hands-on ability to develop estimates from takeoffs to bid packages.
• Strong understanding of piping, mechanical equipment, civil and structural scopes.

• Independently develop detailed mechanical, civil, and structural estimates for large-scale projects.
• Review drawings, P&IDs, pipe isometrics, and bid documents to determine scope.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and calculate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Prepare lump-sum, unit-rate, and time-and-material bid packages.
