Key People seeks an experienced Sr. Electrical Estimator to support large-scale industrial EPC and data-center construction projects. • Electrical estimating experience in industrial, EPC or mission-critical projects.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of materials, installation methods, and labor requirements.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, and subcontractor bids.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed electrical and instrumentation estimates for complex projects.
• Review drawings/specs/bid documents to define scope and requirements.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and calculate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams through bidding.
• Analyze labor productivity and project-specific cost considerations.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and walkdowns.
• Develop proposal documentation and final bid packages.
• Maintain historical cost data and support estimating accuracy improvements.
