Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years in construction estimating or cost control.
- Specialized knowledge in alternative construction delivery methods.
Responsibilities
- Review proposals, drawings, attend pre-bid meetings to define scope.
- Incorporate historical data into unit and hour figures.
- Provide input on project risks for bid pricing.
- Prepare takeoffs and material quantity calculations.
- Monitor addenda and advise on changes during the estimate period.
- Assist with design review options based on cost and quality.
- Coordinate hand-off between pursuit and project teams.
- Research vendors and subcontractors to meet pursuit and cost goals.
