Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in estimating, preferably utilities, infrastructure, or civil construction.
• Expertise in estimation software and advanced Excel.
• Experience in electrical estimating for data centers and large EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate estimates prepared by junior estimators.
• Lead preparation of detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Develop bid clarifications and proposal documents for clients.
• Lead pre-bid meetings and site walks to gather project details.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and trade partners to ensure accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Ensure estimates comply with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
