Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in estimating or cost control and/or engineering in commercial/industrial electrical construction.
• Data Center and Accubid experience.
• Strong leadership ability and team mentoring.
• Design-build project experience preferred.
• Hyperscale data center experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and complex PM/estimating software.
• Ability to interpret cost data, read blueprints, and assess schedule impact.
• Knowledge of commercial/industrial building codes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates from $20M-$100M using plans/specs and company guidelines.
• Write proposals capturing scope and costs for assigned projects.
• Lead Proposal Review Process ensuring documentation is complete before submission.
• Act as front-line contact in estimating efforts and business development.
• Lead estimators and preconstruction members in developing estimates and proposals.
• Develop and implement estimating standards and best practices.
