Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years estimating experience in utility/infrastructure/civil construction preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in estimating software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate estimates prepared by junior estimators.
• Develop and maintain estimation standards and procedures.
• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Identify high-risk cost areas and recommend contingencies or mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and trade partners to ensure estimating accuracy.
