Responsibilities

• Prepares complex cost estimates for bids and negotiated proposals.

• Tracks value creation items through development to estimates.
• Manages scopes of work for trades with pricing and coordination.
• Coordinates bid forms, bonds, and bid day activities.
• Produces professional deliverables for major estimates.
