Responsibilities

• Performs quantity survey of materials and reads project specs.
• Maintains audit trail from estimate to estimate; supports pricing and bid solicitation.
• Coordinates with vendors/subcontractors and distributes plans/specs.
• Builds relationships with project team members, subcontractors, vendors and clients.
• Gains self-perform estimating experience and field exposure where possible.
• Leads bid preparation and reviews to support profitability.
