Job summary

Diversified, a global leader in audiovisual and media technology, is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer - Electronic Security to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex ESS on client sites across corporate offices, data centers, warehouses, and construction sites. This full-time onsite role operates Monday to Friday with potential on-call rotations.

You will serve as the primary technical escalation point, lead small service projects, coordinate resources, and maintain system

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience installing and supporting enterprise-level security systems, including card access, CCTV, and intrusion detection.
• Certifications in access control or video management systems (Lenel, Milestone, CCure 9000, DMP, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with IP-based ESS architectures and networked security devices.
• Proficient with major ESS platforms and integration tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings using AutoCAD/Visio.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and break/fix repairs across ESS components.
• Lead small-scale service projects and coordinate resources.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain IP-based security systems on client sites.
• Maintain accurate service records and provide end-user support.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and project teams to resolve complex issues.
