Job summary

Acuity is seeking an experienced Senior ESG Manager to lead and advance our Environmental, Social, and Governance strategy. You will design, implement, and report ESG initiatives across the organization, aligning with regulations, investor expectations, and industry best practices.

This role requires influencing stakeholders and translating strategy into measurable actions. The ideal candidate brings strong ESG expertise, data-driven thinking, and the ability to drive cross-functional programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Public Policy, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, CDP, UN SDGs).
• Experience managing GHG accounting and emissions reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing board- or executive-level materials.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine the ESG strategy, goals, and roadmap.
• Lead ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting across frameworks.
• Manage the annual ESG report and disclosures with cross-functional input.
• Monitor ESG regulations, standards, and investor expectations; assess impact.
• Track and manage GHG inventory (Scope 1-3) and decarbonization planning.
• Embed ESG into operations, supply chain, procurement, and product decisions.
• Support governance, ESG reporting, policy development, and risk management.
• Manage ESG ratings and benchmarking processes; identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead or support social impact programs, including DEI metrics and human rights due diligence.
