Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Sustainability to support the development and execution of our global CS strategy. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure sustainability initiatives are integrated into all aspects of the business.

The Senior Manager will drive sustainability goals, manage reporting including the Impact Report, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. You will report to the Head of Strategic Finance & Corporate Sustainability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate sustainability experience, preferably at a large public company.
• Strong understanding of CS/ESG landscape and reporting frameworks (GHG, SASB, GRI).
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the sustainability strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead climate initiatives with ongoing measurement and emissions management.
• Collaborate with communications, real estate, controllership, operations, account management and procurement to embed sustainability.
