Acuity Inc. seeks an experienced Senior ESG Manager to lead our ESG strategy, reporting, and governance across the organization. You will drive data collection, regulatory alignment, and stakeholder engagement to advance sustainable practices and disclosures.

The role requires strong ESG expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Public Policy, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, CDP, UN SDGs).
• Experience managing GHG accounting and emissions reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive materials.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and refine the ESG strategy, goals, and roadmap.
• Lead ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting across frameworks.
• Manage annual ESG report and disclosures with cross-functional input.
• Monitor ESG regulations and assess business impact.
• Track and manage GHG inventory (Scopes 1–3) and decarbonization planning.
• Embed ESG considerations into operations, supply chain, and product decisions.
• Support governance, policy development, and risk management.
• Manage ESG ratings and benchmarking processes.
• Lead or support social impact programs and DEI metrics.
• Mentor junior ESG team members and stay current on trends.
