Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Sustainability Reporting Manager to lead the annual enterprise Impact Report and elevate ESG disclosure strategy. You will partner with Legal, ESG Controllership, Supply Chain, HR, and Product to turn complex initiatives into transparent narratives.

Based in Santa Clara, you will work cross-functionally to ensure audit-ready documentation, data integrity, and a compelling report that resonates with investors and rating agencies.

Qualifications

• Expertise leading enterprise ESG disclosures end-to-end within matrixed organizations.
• Strong narrative development and data visualization to inform disclosures.
• Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate benchmarking and data collection.
• Knowledge of CSRD, ISSB, GRI, SASB, TCFD standards and ESG data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end annual Impact Report lifecycle from concept to publication.
• Ensure governance and disclosure compliance with global frameworks and controls.
• Optimize data collection workflows and reporting processes with automation.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Global Communications on reporting assets.
