Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Senior ESG Program Manager to advance key ESG programs, translating regulatory requirements and customer expectations into structured processes.

You will lead cross-functional work on product carbon footprint, Scope 3 reporting, and audits, reporting to the Head of ESG & Human Rights across the business. You will coordinate modeling of sustainability targets, engage customers, and develop repeatable procedures and trackers to strengthen program execution with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience with product carbon footprinting and Scope 3 reporting is preferred.
• Familiarity with RBA audits and global environmental compliance expectations.
• Ability to interpret environmental or sustainability requirements into actionable processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in matrixed environments.
• Excellent written documentation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage detail-heavy work and escalate risks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead product carbon footprint work and coordinate inputs across functions.
• Coordinate ESG initiatives across multiple internal functions for timely delivery.
• Support Scope 3 reporting with stakeholders and ensure deliverables quality.
• Model sustainability targets and potential outcomes.
• Support audits and assessments with guidance, doc review, and auditor liaison.
• Manage customer engagements related to PCF and ESG topics.
• Develop procedures, work instructions, trackers, and documentation to improve repeatability.
• Manage project timelines and priorities across workstreams.
