Job summary

Progressive is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and enhance the company's corporate sustainability reporting, and to drive the development of the annual Corporate Sustainability Report.

You will support external disclosures including CDP and NAIC Climate Risk Disclosure, serve on the Sustainability Management Team, and partner with consultants and business leaders to gather, validate, and report sustainability data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in business process so lv development and design.
• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years in business process development or design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance Progressive's corporate sustainability reporting efforts.
• Drive development of the annual Corporate Sustainability Report.
• Support external disclosures including CDP and NAIC Climate Risk Disclosure.
• Serve on the Sustainability Management Team influencing enterprise strategy.
• Partner with consultants and leaders to gather, validate, and report sustainability information.
