Job summary

Lennar Title is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer in Issaquah, WA. You will oversee preparation of all documents for escrow processing, title conveyance, recording, and issuance of title insurance, while delivering exceptional service to buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders.

Lead and train escrow closers/assistants, ensure compliance with Alta Best Practices, and manage files end-to-end to close transactions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Managing Escrow experience in a leadership role.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferred experience with Title software.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate real estate transactions through escrow processes.
• Assist with post-closing duties.
• Complete a file from beginning to end, clear title provisions.
• Read and perform duties required to clear title.
• Ensure follow through on all files.
