Job summary

Lennar Title in Utah is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to manage the processing and closing of escrow, conveyance of title, recording, title clearance, and issuance of title insurance. You will develop business by using marketing and client service techniques and coordinate daily duties with the Branch or Escrow Manager.

The role requires at least 3 years of escrow experience, a notary license, and may involve supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Escrow Officer experience.
• Notary license is required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates daily responsibilities with Branch or Escrow Manager.
• Obtains demands/releases to clear title.
• Draws instructions and documents for signing.
• Audits and closes file when funds and documents are received.
• Disburses funds and prepares settlement sheets.
• Verifies vesting and legal description via title report.
• Maintains confidentiality of escrow transactions and compliance.
