Job summary

Lennar Title, Inc. is seeking an Escrow Officer (on-site) to manage escrow documents, title processing, and settlement activities. You will ensure accurate disbursements, compliance with Good Funds Law, and coordination with managers to support timely closings.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 3 years of escrow experience, supervisory skills, and a valid Notary license, plus reliable transportation for site-based work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of Escrow Officer experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Notary license required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily responsibilities with Branch or Escrow Manager.
• Obtains demands/releases to clear title.
• Draws instructions and supporting documents for signing.
• Audits and closes file when funds and documents are received.
• Disburses funds and prepares settlement sheets.
• Quotes accurate fees and understands Rate Manual.
• Maintains confidentiality of escrow transactions and complies with Good Funds Law.
