Job summary

Lennar Title, Inc. is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to lead the Escrow team in processing and closing escrow, conveynce of title, recording of documents, and issuance of title insurance.

You will train and supervise escrow closers and assistants while ensuring compliance with Alta Best Practices and company policies. This role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience, coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, and mortgage professionals, and managing files from inception

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Managing Escrow experience in a leadership capacity.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and preferred experience with Title software.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate real estate transactions.
• Assist with post-closing duties.
• Able to complete a file from beginning to end.
• Able to read and perform duties required to clear title.
• Ensure follow through is completed on all files.
• Deliver exceptional service with a customer-centric mindset throughout the Escrow closing process.
• Prioritize transparent communication between buyers and sellers, agents, mortgage professionals, underwriting, etc.
