Job summary

Lennar Title is seeking an Escrow Officer to join our on-site team in Utah. You will manage escrow processing, title clearance, and the closing process while ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role requires attention to detail, customer service excellence, and ability to work closely with the branch leadership.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of Escrow Officer experience and a Notary license. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to support local travel

Qualifications

• Notary license is required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily responsibilities with the Branch or Escrow Manager.
• Obtains demands/releases to clear title.
• Draws instructions and supporting documents for signing.
• Audits and closes file when all funds and documents are received.
• Disburses funds and issues title insurance.
• Writes escrow instructions and secures approvals.
• Prepares settlement sheets and tracks closings.
• Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary information and escrow transactions.
